At the Grade School level children are grouped by age. They are evaluated and placed into youth programs that also correspond to their skill level. Gymnastics basics are the foundation of each level of our youth program. However each level class is also designed to challenge each individual student to their ability level.
We use circuit and station training, drills and instructor assistance to create a series of successful stepping stones to learning new skills. This enables students to develop skills at their own pace in a rewarding and non-competitive environment.
These youth programs encourage the development of self-confidence and self-esteem. Classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility and coordination for all sports as well as gymnastics.
