The Paramount Gymnastics Galaxy Team is a specialized program designed for young gymnasts, from preschool to grade school, who display both natural talent and an enthusiasm for active movement and skill-building. This exclusive, invitation-only program is designed for young children who show natural enthusiasm for movement, coordination, and eagerness to explore challenges. Through structured lessons, including fun and engaging skill-building activities, we nurture their growing strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Meet the Galaxy Team Groups

To ensure each child receives the best experience, the Galaxy Team is divided into age-based groups, each designed to nurture young gymnasts in a developmentally appropriate way:

LUNAS (Ages 3 – 4 Years)

Our youngest stars, the Lunas, meet once a week for a one-hour session. This group focuses on fostering a love for movement while introducing basic gymnastic skills in a fun, supportive environment.

COMETS (Ages 4 – 5 Years)

The Comets are ready to take their skills to the next level! They can choose to meet once or twice a week for 90-minute sessions, where they’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence through more structured training.

NOVAS (Ages 5 – 6 Years)

As rising stars, the Novas meet twice a week for two-hour sessions. This group works on refining fundamental skills and introduces more complex drills to help prepare them for advanced gymnastics.
